Michael Horabin

Managing Director

Mike is the sole and Managing Director of Solutions House Limited and has a hands on approach to business and leads from the front.

He started his career as a marketing executive at Logitek Distribution Limited and achieved qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Joining Time Computers at the boom time of the PC in the early 1990’s as a sales executive, Mike achieved great success creating a move back to Logitek to take on the role of Network Sales Manager.

Mike has been on the board of directors of several successful northwest based IT companies. Solutions House is currently Mike’s only business focus.

John Skiffington

Director of Sales

John is currently the Sales Director of Solutions House Limited and the driving force behind the internal and external sales teams. His previous roles have been as Director of Sales for Cableserve Limited and Regional Manager at Computer Essentials.

Earlier in his career John served as a Business Development Manager and Microsoft Licensing Specialist at Micro Warehouse and as a sales team leader at BT.

John holds advanced GNVQ qualifications in Telesales and Business and has an interest in fine art, also holding an advanced GNVQ in this subject as well.

Allan Hutchison

Business Development Manager

Allan’s current role is as the Business Development Manager. His focus is on new business and is based externally.

Allan’s previous roles include Sales Manager at LA Technologies and Business Development Manager at CSE Limited.

Alan holds a BTEC National Diploma in Engineering and is trained in sales techniques and effective proposal writing. In his youth was a promising national swimmer.

Lyndsey Fogg

Office Manager

Lyndsey is currently the office manager for Solutions House Limited. She is the vital cog in the day to day running of the business

Lyndsey spent 12 years at Compel Group plc in sales support, then as Customer services team leader.

In recent years Lyndsey has served her time in telesales and as sales team leader at two other IT resellers.

Other skills lie in administration. Lyndsey holds a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance, and qualifications in Complaint Handling, Customer Care and Recruitment & Selection Skills amongst others.

Steve Lunt

Technical Manger

Steve is currently serving as Solutions House’s Technical Manger, but started his professional career in the retail sector. In 1995 he moved into a role as an analyst programmer. From this point on Steve has thrived as an IT Technical specialist working previously for some of Solutions House’s fiercest competitors. These include roles as a Senior Network Engineer at Rapid Technologies, frontline helpdesk support for ANS plc and a TechnicalConsultant at Computerland plc.

Steve is a qualified MCP,MCSA & MCSE. He is also accredited for many of the wireless technology solutions that we install.

Steve has also recently completed the new Extricom technical training and is now one of our newly Certified Extricom Engineers.
